Apipi Holiday House is situated in the sleepy little fishing village of Amity Point and is the perfect platform from which to explore North Stradbroke Island and offers everything a family could need for a great beach escape including ducted air-conditioning throughout the house, free Wi-Fi and a games room with ping pong table.
The bright and airy living room has a large smart TV and the modern kitchen offers a large family-size fridge, dishwasher, microwave, an electric oven and a gas stovetop with ample bench space. The main bedroom situated at the back of the house has a king size bed, ensuite and offers a private bush outlook. The other three bedrooms are at the front of the house, two with double beds, the third with two single beds are serviced by the main bathroom and offers a shower over a bath with a separate toilet.
There is enough off street parking for two vehicles and the large grassed fully fenced yard is perfect for kids to run around on and even enjoy a game of backyard cricket.
Fresh linen is supplied and will be at the property in a black laundry bag. Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and teatowels are all provided. All you need to bring are the beach towels.
